$5 per pet per day is all we charge...

We understand that pets are important members of every family, which is why we allow well-behaved critters to stay with us. We have set aside a few rooms to accommodate you and your pet. We only have a few simple rules that you need to follow.

• Pets are not allowed on the bed, furniture, blankets, sheets or pillows.
  Please do not bathe your pet in our tub or sink.
• Pets cannot be left alone in the room unless they are crated.
• Please pick up after your pet when walking them on the property.

$100 Pet Fine
If we find that your pet has been lying on the beds, comforter, sheets, blankets or pillows we will charge your card $100 to clean all bedding. Our machines cannot handle pet hair so we must send all bedding out to be cleaned.

Understand that we do not want your money….however if the rules are broken then we must enforce our pet policy.

Our Cancellation Policy:
We have a 48-Hour cancellation policy, meaning that you must cancel your stay 48-hours prior to arrival. If you are canceling after that time you will be charged full price for the first night. Your  48 Hour Cancellation must be made prior to 11AM the previous day of your arrival in order not to be charged.

If you are canceling a portion of your stay after you have arrived, you will be charged a 50% cancellation fee of your previous days stay. You must cancell before 11AM in order not to be charged for a full days stay.

When booking a block of rooms or booking the entire facility at the Mt. Madison Inn under a Group, Club, Sports Team , Wedding or Special event, there is a 30 day cancellation policy prior to your arrival that overrides our 48 hour cancellation policy. In the event you decide to cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, you will be charged the full amount of your first night stay.
